Kelly called 911 and asked for police to come to the store. After getting off the phone with the Sheboygan Police Department, Kelly looked up and noticed DeGuzman waiting in line.
Quick thinking, cool walking Kelly delayed DeGuzman asking about his ID, and talked to him a little bit until the police came in. Then she said, "That's the guy, over there."
