The Sheboygan Art Museum is conveniently located in the heart of the Midwest, approximately halfway between New York City and London. It is served by the number 14A bus, and there is a railroad station somewhere close by too. Driving directions may be obtained by simply asking at the front desk once you get here. We hope you enjoy your visit!

And for God's sake don't break a leg or anything while you're here. While, technically, you'd think that the curator might be the first to find out these things, apparently my assistant thought it would "make it go away" if she simply "forgot to tell me" that the liability insurance had run out and can't be renewed until next April. She's a bright girl.

So enjoy your visit, but watch your step.

How to find us:

Ask the bus driver to let you off by the Piggly-Wiggly, or if you're driving, park behind the County Jail, and stroll across New York Avenue to our main entrance.

Please note though, that several of the streets around here are one-way, and that alternate side of the street parking restrictions are in effect every day other than Christmas and Rosh Hoshana.

Once You're Here:

The Museum is large, and its layout can be confusing to the neophyte. Please use our handy floor-plan as a guide for your visit.

And trynot to trip over anything, OK? If you're really shaky on your feet you might want to avoid Wednesdays, which is when we wax the floor.
